Product description
This recall involves Razbaby keep-it-kleen® pacifiers. The pacifier has shields that are designed to close when it is dropped. Recalled pacifiers have 'Lot 1006' printed on the bottom right corner on the back of the packaging and on the knob of the pacifier.
They are available in a variety of styles all with 'Lot 1006':

- Lola Ladybug
- Purple Dots
- Bobby Bear
- Percy Puppy

- Pink with Flowers / Hearts
Hazard identified
Health Canada's testing requires that, after pacifiers are boiled, they do not come apart when they are pulled on.
Testing by Health Canada has determined that the nipples of the recalled pacifiers may separate; these small components pose a choking hazard to young children.
Health Canada has received one complaint about the pacifier separating, with no reported injuries.

Number sold
Approximately 27,860 units of the recalled pacifiers were sold at independent retail stores and at Toys R Us stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from August 2010 to December 2010.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pacifiers away from children and return them to the place where they were purchased to receive a full refund or exchange.
