This recall involves Wet Wet by Purple Slice. The product can be used for rubber, vinyl, and plastic, and is sold in a 340g aerosol container.

Hazard identified

The recalled product does not have the mandatory labelling as required under Canadian law.

The lack of appropriate labelling, including appropriate bilingual warnings, may lead to serious illness or injury.

Health Canada has not received any reports of illnesses or injuries related to the use of this product.

Number sold

Approximately 900 cans of the recalled products were sold at various retailers in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold from April 2008 to August 2009.

Place of origin

Manufactured in the United States.
