This recall involves the Progression Fitness X-Plode PFX-2200 Functional Trainer Gym.
The fitness trainer is a home gym made of black, square-tube steel with two weight stacks connected to cables through a series of pulleys.
Hazard identified
The cable ends that connect to the weight stacks and grips can break off suddenly, posing an injury hazard.
As of February 02, 2021, the company has received two reports of incidents with one related injury in Canada.
