Product description

This recall involves PolyLustre, a shining product used on materials like rubber, vinyl and plastic. The product comes in a 250 ml spray bottle, and can be identified by the UPC 85046822022, which is located on the back label.

Hazard identified

Health Canada's auditing process revealed that this product is not packaged in a child-resistant container as required under Canadian law. The lack of a child-resistant container could lead to serious injury.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.

Number sold

Approximately 62 of the recalled products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected sealers were sold from March 2009 to March 2010.

Place of origin

Manufactured in Canada.
