Product description
This recall involves a foam puzzle mat that includes removable multi-colour cut-outs in the shape of numbers. The product can be identified by the universal product code (UPC) 058445262668.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that these foam puzzle mats do not meet the Canadian safety requirements for toys. The foam puzzle mat can release small pieces, posing a choking hazard to young children.
As of November 25, 2016, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Approximately 360 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from June 14, 2016 to October 17, 2016.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and discard in regular household waste or return to place of purchase for a full refund.
