This recall involves the product Piccolo Bambino white contour baby changing pad. The pad features a PEVA cover with a diamond pin sonic embossed pattern and can be identified by model number PB2008 and UPC 7-73299-50008-6.
Issue
The zipper pull can be easily twisted off and may pose a choking hazard.
As of December 14, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
