Product description

This recall involves all Payot Paris Sunny Magic Mousse à Bronzer products without the required hazard labelling.

Hazard identified

The recalled products do not have the mandatory hazard labelling as required by the Cosmetic Regulations established under the Food and Drugs Act. Improper labelling could result in misuse of the product and lead to serious illness, injuries or death.

As of December 7, 2020, the company has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 50 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from March 2019 to November 2020.

What you should do

Consumer should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact the place of purchase for a refund.
