The recalled products do not have the mandatory hazard labelling as required by the Cosmetic Regulations established under the Food and Drugs Act. Improper labelling could result in misuse of the product and lead to serious illness, injuries or death.
As of December 7, 2020, the company has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.
