Issue

The product contains the naloxone drug. The monograph for these drug products indicates that it should be re-administered in 2-3 minutes after the first dose whereas the save me card included in this kit for training purposes does not align with this re-administration time. As this is conflicting information and can cause confusion, we will revise the insert to reflect the 2-3 min requirement per the drug monograph.

Update: It is important to note that these NTH Kits are not being removed from the Canadian market so as not to disrupt access to naloxone, a potentially life-saving drug.
