Product description
This recall involves various colours of "My First Blankie" children's sleep sacks. The sleep sacks are loose-fitting with neck and arm openings and snaps located on the left shoulder.
Products with velcro fasteners instead of snaps are not affected by this recall.

Hazard identified
The snaps on the garment shoulder may become loose, posing a choking hazard for young children.
Kidcentral has received one report of an incident where the snaps on the top left shoulder have detached.
Health Canada has one reported incident where the snaps on the top left shoulder have detached.

Approximately 74 of the recalled children's sleep sacks were sold by various independent Kidcentral retail stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled children's sleep sacks were sold from September 2008 to October 2008.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleep sacks away from children.
Consumers are instructed to return the recalled sleep sacks to the retail store where it was purchased for an exchange or a full refund.
