Product description
This recall involves multi-coloured car-shaped pendants sold under the brand "John Bead" and identified by item #32601553. The pendants were sold in packages of ten.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has revealed that these pendants contain lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or illnesses related to the use of these pendants.
