Hazard identified
The recalled products were not destined for the Canadian marketplace and do not have mandatory hazard labelling as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.
As of November 23, 2018, the company has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 31,392 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold between January 2016 and October 2018.
Place of origin
Manufactured in various countries within the EU.
