Smith & Nephew has initiated a product recall of select lots of the MOSAICPLASTY DP Disposable Harvesting System due to a packaging issue. It has been identified that it is possible for the devices to dislodge from the packaging tray during shipment, potentially compromising the sterile barrier. The MOSAICPLASTY DP System is used for osteochondral grafting procedures.
