Product description
This recall involves a silver bead necklace with a flip-flop sandal pendant that changes colour depending on the wearer's mood. The product is identified by item number 6206 and UPC number 085761062085. The product brand is Toysmith and the product is labelled for ages 5 and up.
Hazard identified
The flip flop pendant on the recalled necklace contains excessive levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Health Canada has not received any reports of illness or incidents related to the use of this recalled product.
