Product description
This recall involves the Molly Moo Doll. The doll is approximately 30 cm in length with orange hair, cow patterned shoes, skirt and hat. The doll has a blue shirt with an embroidered cow on the front. The word "Cows" is embroidered on the hat. The product can be identified by the model number P735800 and the UPC number 0 00000 09050 6.
Hazard identified
Royal Specialty Sales is voluntarily recalling this product as a precautionary measure after the retailer reported that the nose had detached from two Molly Moo dolls; these small components pose a choking hazard to young children.
Neither Health Canada nor Royal Specialty Sales has received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these dolls.

Approximately 658 of the recalled dolls were sold at Cows retail stores in Canada.
