Product description

This recall involves the Jasper Park Collection 3-tiered wooden chandelier, identified by model number AC10564 BU and sold between September 2018 and June 2019.

Hazard identified

For chandeliers sold between September 2018 and June 2019, a hoop that formed part of an optional extension may not be strong enough to support the weight of the chandelier and the optional extension.  Accordingly, for consumers who installed the optional extension (as shown in the "Optional Extension" photos), the chandelier could fall, posing an injury hazard to consumers. If the optional extension was not installed (see "Original Assembly" photo), there is no injury hazard and no repairs are necessary.

As of November 17, 2020, the company has received 2 reports of a chandelier fall in Canada, and no reports of injury.

The company reported that 8 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from September 2018 to June 2019.
