Reason

Affected M3015A extensions are incompatible with the IntelliVue X3 patient monitor (model no. 367030) and IntelliVue MMX Multi-measurement server. If the extension is connected to an X3 or MMX, which is in turn connected to a host monitor, communication between the X3/MMX and host monitor could be disrupted, resulting in a loss of monitoring and one of the following two technical alarms on the host monitor:
