Medline Industries Inc. is recalling Medline Custom Adhesive Bandages with product code and lot number indicated in this report. The presence of black soiling on the surface of the outer packaging of the individual bandages was reported to Medline Canada as a part of a customer complaint. Upon further investigation, the black soiling was identified as mold.
