Product description
The "Find the Bear" Soft Book is a fabric book that features a variety of fabric flaps sewn or attached to the pages. The flaps provide simple activities for young children. The lot Code 208150 AJ can be found on a label sewn into the side of the book, or on the hang-tag near the bar code.
Hazard identified
A metal grommet used to attach a fabric flap to a page in the book may pull apart posing a small parts choking hazard for small children.
As of December 6, 2018, The Manhattan Toy Company has received no report of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received one report of the metal grommet separating from the page and no report of injuries.

Number sold
Approximately 20 units of the affected products were sold in Canada and approximately 241 were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from March 2017 through July 2018 in Canada and the United States at various retail stores.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately take the toy away from young children and return it to the store where it was purchased or contact Manhattan Toy for a full refund.
