Hazard identified

An opening located at the top of the gate is wider than permitted as specified in the Expansion Gates and Expandable Enclosures Regulations, thereby creating an entrapment and strangulation hazard to young children.
Neither Health Canada nor Madison Mill Inc. has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these gates in Canada.
