Product description
The carriers may have been sold without bolts that attach the carrier's main frame to the metal stand. Missing bolts cause the carrier to disconnect from the stand and fall backwards, posing a fall hazard to a child in the carrier.
Lifemarque Limited, US CPSC and Health Canada have not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the recalled product.

Approximately 10 units were distributed in Canada and 40 units distributed in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from January 2011 to July 2011 in Canada and the United States.
