This recall involves Kohler Automatic Transfer Switches with the following model numbers:

The product is a service entrance Automatic Transfer Switch that is grey with an aluminum enclosure. The product measures 735 mm by 416 mm by 175 mm in size and weighs 14 kg.
Hazard identified
The cable and screw terminal joint may relax creating a potential risk of heating and possible failure of the connection.
As of March 22, 2018, the company has received 2 reports in Canada of the transfer switch failing and overheating, with no report of injury.

Approximately 1,170 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

The recalled products were sold from October 2014 to January 2018.
