Affected products
This recall involves the Kidoozie Brand My First Activity Desk, model number G02587 with UPC 020373035875. The activity desk can be played with on a tabletop, floor or crib. It is meant for use by children 12 months and older. It has removable legs and adjustable crib straps and has the following dimensions 38.1 cm x 8.3 cm x 26.7 cm.
Issue
The recalled product may pose a jaw entrapment and protrusion hazard when used as a crib toy. When a child’s jaw becomes entrapped in a product, there is potential for damage to teeth and gums.
As of August 24, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the Unites States, the company has received no reports of incidents and no reports of injuries.
