Product description
This recall involves a set of 5 wooden puzzles in a red metal storage rack. The five puzzles depict the alphabet, numbers, farm animals, zoo animals and vehicles. Each puzzle piece has a red peg to grasp. The item can be identified by UPC 834162002998.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has revealed that small parts of this toy may separate; these small components pose a choking hazard to young children.
Neither Walmart Canada nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these puzzle sets.

Approximately 13,900 of the recalled puzzle sets were sold in Canada.
