Affected products
This recall involves the Kattnakken Junior Rain jacket sold alone or as a set (jacket and pants) in sizes 5 through 12 years. The jacket is made of an exterior polyurethane knit with an interior polyester lining. The rain jacket has a zipper, an adjustable hood, snap buttons, welded seams and reflectors.

Issue
Drawstrings on children’s upper outerwear can become caught on playground equipment, fences, or other objects and result in strangulation, or in the case of a vehicle, the child being dragged.
As of January 17th, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product in Canada.
