Jululu Bijoux pacifier clips
Product description
This recall involves Jululu Bijoux brand pacifier clips. These pacifier clips have 6 or 7 silicone beads on a satin ribbon, with a crocodile clip on the end used to attach the pacifier to the child's clothing.
Only those pacifier clips that have the clip shown in the image on the left are affected by the recall.
Hazard identified
The crocodile clip can break and small pieces can detach, presenting a choking hazard for young children.
Health Canada has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of this product. Jululu Bijoux has received reports of nine incidents involving breakage of the pacifier clip. Jululu Bijoux has not received any reports of injuries.
Number sold
Between 200 and 300 of the defective pacifier clips were sold in Canada, in the province of Quebec only.
Time period sold
The recalled pacifier clips were sold from April 29, 2016, to May 19, 2016.
Place of origin
Manufactured in Canada.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately remove the recalled pacifier clips from the reach of children and return them to the purchase location for a full refund.
