Model Number 0859, Barcode:  6 27465 26241 7 found on the product package.

Hazard identified

Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the hub caps and other small parts may detach, creating a hazardous small part, posing a choking hazard to young children.

As of October 3, 2019, Bensus has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these toys in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 466 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from August, 2017 to November 2018.
