Issue
Cardinal Health is issuing a lot number specific voluntary removal of Jackson-Pratt™ 3-Spring Reservoir Kits due to specific products being shipped to users before undergoing sterilization. A review of shipments revealed that specific Jackson-Pratt™ 3-Spring Reservoir Kits were not shipped to a sterilizer prior to product release. A third-party carrier inadvertently directly shipped to a Cardinal Health distribution center rather than the third-party sterilizer. Cardinal Health is issuing an urgent medical device product recall to request the return of all affected product.
