Product description
This recall involves Red Head Trubolt+ wedge anchors that are used for concrete anchoring. The product includes a threaded stud body, expansion clip, nut, and washer distributed in either a red/black/white cardboard packaging or red/blue plastic packaging. The packaging for the recalled products has a blue and white symbol indicating "Cracked & Uncracked-Seismic Approved".
