Health Canada has recently received two complaints of rashes that may have resulted from the use of Pampers Dry Max Diapers. Health Canada officials immediately contacted Procter and Gamble to follow up, and the investigation is now ongoing. Health Canada is also aware of the ongoing investigation in the United States, and is working cooperatively with U.S. officials. Health Canada will post additional information as soon as it is available.
Health Canada encourages Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of a consumer product or cosmetic. An easy-to-use incident report form is now available on the Department's website.
