Infants' Carhartt® Overalls
Product description
This recall involves infants' Carhartt® overalls with style numbers CG8500 (100% cotton canvas overalls with a 100% cotton knit body shirt) and CG8501 (100% cotton canvas overalls with a 100% cotton knit body shirt). The Carhartt logo is sewn on the front of the garment and the style numbers can be found on the sewn-in care label inside the garment.
The recalled overalls were sold in brown or red, and in infant sizes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 months.
Hazard identified
The overalls have snaps which could come loose and pose a choking hazard to young children.
Neither Lollytogs Ltd. nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.
Number sold
Approximately 2000 recalled overalls were sold in Canada. In the United States, approximately 8,300 of the recalled products were sold.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from February 2010 to July 2010 in Canada and in the United States.
Place of origin
Manufactured in India.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately take the overalls away from children and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
