Product description
The recalled Infantino® Lion and Lamb Grabby RattlesTM are shaped like a lion or lamb with an Infantino elliptical-shaped logo stamped on the front right foot of the lamb. The recall includes model number 150-3104 with UPC code 773554031041 and model number 158-270 with UPC code 773554582703.
Rattles without rubber tails are not included in this recall.
Not included in this recall are rattles with date code 0108 or 0508 printed on the back of the left ear. The production batch code is printed in a dial format with the year in the middle of a circle and an arrow pointing to the number on the circle that indicates the month. Rattles that do not have a date code are not included in the recall.

Hazard identified
The rubber tail piece on the rattle can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Infantino® has received 10 reports of the tail piece detaching from the rattle since March 2008, with no reported injuries.
Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries with the product.
Number sold
Approximately 2,000 units were sold in Canada, primarily at Winners but also at a variety of independent toy stores.
360 units were previously recalled in March 2008.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from May 2007 through September 2008.
Place of origin
