What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Sound Around Inc. to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, email the photos of the helmet with the straps cut off to to prove destruction and then dispose of the recalled helmet. Consumers who received the unit as a free promotion should dispose of the unit so that children cannot use it.

Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
