Product description
This recall involves Oceanic and Hollis regulators for scuba diving. The metal regulator attaches to the scuba tank valve and controls the pressure of the air a diver breathes. Only regulators with the following part numbers are included in the recall.
The serial number is laser etched on the first stage body.

Hazard identified
The scuba diving regulators can restrict airflow at low tank pressures (below 500 psi), posing a drowning hazard to divers.
As of June 15, 2018, Huish Outdoors has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.
Number sold
Approximately 326 units of the affected products were sold in Canada, and approximately 4470 were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The recalled products were sold from October 2017 to June 2018 in Canada and the United States.
Place of origin

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scuba diving regulators and contact a local Oceanic or Hollis dealer for a free repair.
