Cardinal Health was recently informed of a medical device recall from Teleflex concerning the Horizon Microchip Titanium Ligating Clips W/Tape referenced above. The recall is being issued due to the clip cartridges for the affected product is missing a key feature that restricts the application of the clip to the applier. See the enclosed product recall notice from distributor, Teleflex, listing the affected components and lot numbers. Presource has completed its investigation regarding this recall and determined that we have distributed Presource kits containing the Horizon Microchip Titanium Ligating Clips w/Tape.
