Product description
This recall involves a set of 4 yellow rubber ducks packaged in a mesh bag. The set includes 1 large and 3 small ducks. The product can be identified by UPC 012495979167 and Item # 2569390.
Hazard identified
The product contains a detachable squeaker in the bottom of the toy. The squeaker is a small component and may pose a choking hazard to young children.
Neither London Drugs Limited nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this toy.
