This alert involves the following product: 

  • Electric train set for toddlers (ASIN: B0FFH5Y7HH). The electric train set includes 1 light up steam train, 1 fire truck, 1 dump truck, 1 mixer truck, 6 traffic signs, 8 curved tracks and 2 straight tracks etc. The train set also features a magnetic connection system and has a built-in smoke function.  

Issue

The affected product has no clutch device, resulting in continuous gear operation. The wheels will continue to spin with no external force interruption mechanism and may cause injury to an individual upon skin contact.  

As of January 28th, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.  

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the affected product and safely dispose of it in such a way that it cannot be used again.  

Regularly check the Healthy Canadians Recalls and Safety Alerts database for dangerous products and take action to remove items of concern.

The product has been removed from sale online from the website Amazon.ca. Health Canada has contacted the foreign selling company and is advising consumers to immediately stop using the affected electric train set for toddlers. To date, no incidents or injuries related to this product have been reported to Health Canada.
