Various Dr. Brown's Lovey Pacifier & Teether Holders
This recall involves 4 styles of Dr. Brown’s Lovey Pacifier & Teether Holders, each of which includes a plush toy, with a pacifier retained on the plush toy by a ribbon and set of snaps. The pacifier that accompanies the plush toy is not subject to this recall.

The lot code is not specific to any one product and can be found on one of the tags attached to the plush toy. Consumers should verify their product is subject to the recall by visiting the company's Web site.
Repeated use and wear of the product can cause the pacifier ribbons to fray and/or unravel, allowing the snaps to inadvertently detach from the ribbon and pose a potential choking hazard.
As of February 21, 2018, the company has received 2 reports in Canada, and no reports of injuries. The company has received 67 reports in the United States, and no reports of injuries.
Approximately 10,500 units of the affected products were sold in Canada and approximately 590,000 were sold in the United States.

The recalled products were sold in Canada from August 2015 to March 2018, and in the United States from August 2015 to February 2018.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Handi-Craft to receive a replacement product or other Dr. Brown's merchandise of equal or lesser value.
