Product description
This recall involves the Grower's Edge Deluxe vaporizers and Commercial vaporizers sold by Hawthorne Hydroponics. Growers use vaporizers like these to spray vaporized materials onto plants in order to optimize plant growth. The vaporizers are typically suspended from a hook in order to distribute the materials on the plants.

The vaporizers can overheat, and the vaporized materials can pose a burn risk if spilled or potentially cause a fire if they fall onto a combustible surface. The Deluxe model also has a potential risk of electrical shock.
As of March 11, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 9 incident reports relating to the Deluxe vaporizer and 2 incident reports relating to the Commercial vaporizer, and no reports of injuries.
