Product description
This recall involves the following infant flatware:
- Gingham Bunny infant feeding spoon, UPC 735092229502, Style No. 2701
- Gingham Bunny two-piece baby set, UPC 735092229519, Style No. 2702
The flatware is silver-coloured, nickel-plated and has a bunny with pink ears at the end of the handle.
Hazard identified
The pink component of the bunny ears can fall out, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Neither Health Canada nor Reed & Barton has received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.
Number sold
Approximately 27 units of the recalled flatware were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled flatware was sold from September 2012 to November 2012.
