Product description
This recall involves a musical wind-up doll sold under the brand name "Gift Expression". The doll has a rigid (hard) body, stuffed arms and legs, and two hard plastic eyes. The doll is wearing a tank top, shoes, and a taffeta tutu. A wind-up key on the back of the doll plays the song "You Are My Sunshine".
Recalled dolls can be identified by item number 06048 or UPC 062823060487 printed on a tag.
Hazard identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has identified that the eyes on the doll can detach easily; these small parts pose a choking hazard to young children.
CTG Brands Inc. and Health Canada have not received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these toys.

Approximately 5,030 of the recalled dolls were sold at gift shops and toy shops in Canada.

The recalled products were sold from April 2004 to June 2010.
