This recall involves the Baby B’gosh Quilted Hooded Jackets in Pink and Grey that have a front button closure. The style number can be found on the front of the care tag sewn on the inside of the product, and the UPC number can be found on the back of the same care tag. The style number and UPC number can also be found on the price tag.

Hazard identified
The closure snaps may detach from the jacket resulting in a choking hazard for children.
As of October 10, 2017, the company has received one report of the snaps detaching in Canada, with no injuries. In the United States, OshKosh has received three reports of the snaps detaching, with no reports of injuries.
Number sold
Approximately 2,267 units of the Pink Jacket and 2,838 units of the Grey Jacket were sold in Canada and approximately 38,000 units were sold in the United States.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold in Canada and the United States from August 2017 to September 2017.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the Baby B’gosh Quilted Hooded Jackets and return the product to a Carter's OshKosh store in Canada for a full refund.
