This recall involves the Gagou Tagou brand baby pants-leggings for girls made in cable pattern knit, with wood-effect buttons at the bottom in pink, grey and black colours. Sizes 3-6M, 9-12M, 2T, 3T.
Model numbers: GTQ07162LBC, GT06161LBC, GTQ06162LBN, GTQ07162LNB
Hazard identified
The buttons at the bottom of the garment can come off, posing a choking hazard.
On January 21, 2021, one incident was reported where buttons had come off the pants-leggings of a 9-month-old child. No choking was reported.
Number sold
Approximately 1,479 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from August, 2020 to September, 2020.
