Product description
This recall involves Foursquare hooded jackets with drawstrings in boys' and girls' sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL. The jackets come in various colours and patterns, and have a logo showing four adjacent vertically-offset squares on the sleeves, waist, breast, and/or back of the jacket, depending on the specific model.
Hazard identified
The jackets have a drawstring through the hood, which poses a strangulation hazard to children.
Health Canada has not received reports of any incidents or injuries related to the use of these jackets.

Number sold
Approximately 473 hooded jackets were sold at various sports and snowboarding stores across Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled hooded jackets were sold from June 2008 to November 2008.
