Affected products
This recall involves Forever 21’s two-piece children’s pajama set sold in one style. The pajama set includes a white t-shirt with a rainbow and flower image paired with a boxer short in pastel colored flower print. The pajama set was sold in sizes 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 and 13/14. The style number is 01263030, and UPC is 01263030 printed on the white side seam label.
Issue
The recalled Too Cute pajamas do not meet the flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.
Loose-fitting children’s sleepwear can contact ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, and matches more readily than tight-fitting sleepwear, and once ignited will burn rapidly, potentially resulting in severe burns to large areas of the child’s body.
As of February 17th, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada and the United States.
