Product description

This recall involves a number puzzle that is made up of 10 coloured interlocking foam squares. Each square has a coloured number puzzle piece in the center. Each square is approximately 9 centimetres by 9 centimetres.

The number puzzle comes wrapped in clear plastic and can be identified by UPC 0-60107-11896-1.

Hazard identified

Some of the small pieces of foam that make up the numbers in the puzzle are small parts; these small parts pose a choking hazard to young children.

Neither Health Canada nor Encore Sales has received reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.

Approximately 6,530 units of the recalled number puzzles were sold in Canada.
