Product description

This recall involves a multicoloured foam puzzle that consists of a large square foam piece with either a lady bug or a spider puzzle insert. The square is approximately 16 centimetres by 16 centimetres. The words "DBE-Fun To Play" are printed on the packaging.

Hazard identified

The recalled toys contain small parts that pose a choking hazard to young children.

Health Canada has not received reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this product.

The company is no longer in business and as a result, an unknown quantity of the recalled products were sold in Canada
