Reason

During assembly from July 13, 2017 to November 1, 2017, serial number labels with an incorrect format were mistakenly applied to four cot fastener models. The serial numbers remain traceable through manufacturing and there are no functional issues with the product. This issue was identified via internal investigation November 1, 2017.
