Product description
This recall involves First Choice Vapor vaping e-liquids. The products are sold with 100 mg of nicotine per mL for diluting and mixing. The nicotine is mixed with a base of either Polyethylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerin (VG) or 50% VG + 50% PG. These products are packaged in polypropylene child resistant containers of various sizes.

Hazard identified
These vaping products do not meet requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 (CCCR, 2001) under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
Vaping liquids containing equal to or more than 66 mg/g nicotine meet the classification of "very toxic" under the CCCR, 2001 and are prohibited from being manufactured, imported, advertised, or sold in Canada.
Vaping liquids containing nicotine may pose a poisoning hazard if ingested. Improper packaging and labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.
As of October 29, 2018 the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The recalled vaping products were sold from May 2018 to October 2018.
