The additional recalled clips have only 2 knots, one at the beginning and one in the middle. A knot is missing at the clip.

Hazard identified
The silicone bead can detach from the clip, posing a choking hazard.
As of March 1, 2017, the company has received one report of the bead detaching from the clip in Canada and no reports of injuries.

Approximately 212 units were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The recalled product was sold from November 24, 2016 to March 1, 2017.
