Reason
The recall concerns an error ER13 for Zevex's Moog Enteralite Feeding Pumps manufactured between the dates August 16, 2010 and April 15, 2011. The error is caused by defective diodes. Even if the diodes pass the manufacturing controls testing, there still is a possibility of pump failure. The recall is being initiated to ensure all pumps in field receive the correction.
